Efter att ha läst  runt lite mer under de sista dagarna så är jag mer inspirerad än någonsin. För att vara på säkra sidan satte jag igår en vetesurdeg, en rågsurdeg samt två vildjäster. En på aprikos och en på russin.</p>
<p>Några timmar senare letade jag efter något annat i kylen och hittar en surdeg ståendes, den var minst fem månader gammal men luktade rätt fräscht. Jag hällde ur en del av den och lade i mer mjöl och vatten. Så nu står det fem burkar och väntar. Redan efter 12 timmar pyser det om den (minst) fem månader gamla surdegen, den var sannerligen inte död.</p>

Tapasmiddagen blir förskjuten så jag lägger degen i kylen istället, den hade rest sig ytterst lite under de tre timmarnas viloperiod så jag tänkte att det var lite lite jäst i den, men då blir ju en kylskåpsnatt bara bra.</p>
<p>Imorse kollade jag degen och den var jättefin, slät och så. Inte en bubbla, inte något - inte en tillstymmelse till jäsning. Bara en hög med gluten. Kanske kan man baka konstverk av den, för något bröd blir det inte.</p>
