A real cool name picker

Jack Jake over at codestore.net has done it again. This time a really cool name picker. According to his post this looks like something in facebook, if you are familiar with that thing. (I’m the last man standing outside facebook).

    Who’s Jack? ;o)

I too am “outside” Facebook. I went in for a bit but decided to cancel my account. If I were 23 instead of 33 I might have stayed a little longer ;o)

I stayed long enough to see that it is an amazing website though!

Ohh, I’m truly sorry for the name mistake, I was writing in a hurry. My bad.

    Please Jake, forgive me! :-)

If you guys don’t like facebook, you should look into Plaxo.com which I believe attract a more mature group of people and will be using the Google’s open social very soon.

I believe in a few years, linkedin.com and xing.com are gone (who by the way thinks we really would pay to keep track of business contacts, yeah right).

Linkedin.com and xing.com sucks, facebook is ok, but for now plaxo.com is my best choice for social networking, business and private.

I am using Linkedin for quite some years now, even if it really gets me connected I can’t really say that I use the network that much, not even once I think. :)

I’m using plaxo aswell, but only as a way to synchronize my different adressbooks. Works as a charm.

    Dont feel bad Joche.
I to is outside the “fad” that is Facebook.

Just you hold on a few more months and we will be “modern” again as people will leave for the next thing (I hear it’s Twitter).
In the meantime all those leaving facebook will have a hard time trying to erase themselfs from the service (its hard).

I’m using IM services and thanks to Pidgin I’m able to keep intouch with most the people I know with one easy client.

    Btw: I like the “re-design” :)
