XML is Dead

Over at codestore Jake has a good entry with the topic XML is Dead. Long Live JSON. I do agree that JSON in some situations are better than XML, but don’t forget that XML is so much more than sending fragments of data to the browser. How is JSON treating XSLT, XPath, DTDs and schemas for example.

Anyway, [tag]JSON[/tag] is an excellent format for small pieces of information in a known environment!
