PhigSaidWhat? writes as usual a very insightful article about how we consultans always tries to please the client in every situation, 24/7. This means that our ability to be fast and efficient and serviceminded can be overused and ‘mend’ a bad business model, instead of using those skills for something progressive they are (over) used to fix emergency calls.
